Getting Started

How do I create a Cmo Account?

When you book service an account is automatically created for you.  Simply set up your account, choose your password, and you’re ready to go.

Do you service my area?

Check out our Services Area or Contact Us for more information. As we grow, we will look to expand our service area. So don’t worry if you’re not covered, you may be soon.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Standard cleaning is an up keeping on our Initial cleaning or Deep cleaning.

How much will it cost?

We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on our Home Page.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

We bring our own cleaning supplies but please let us know if you have any special requests and we would be happy to accommodate you if possible.  Alternatively, we can use green products if you would prefer.  Please let us know if you would prefer green cleaning services so we can plan for this.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

You can either do it through booking tool on our website or call the office.

Manage Your Account

How do I log into my account?

You can log in to your account here. You will be able to make changes to your bookings, schedule a new service, or update your information.

If you forgot your password please select “I forgot my password” and you will be able to make password changes.

How do I change my address?

You can log in to your account and update your address in your upcoming booking. Or contact us and we’ll help get it updated.

How do I change my credit card?

Log in to your account and update your card on file.  Your new card will automatically be noted as your default card. Or Contact Us and we’ll help get it updated.

How do I book my first appointment?

Fill out our secure booking form and select the time and date that you want us to clean your home. It’s as simple as that and will only take about 60 seconds. Once you have completed your booking we will review your cleaning request, contact you if we have any questions and send you a confirmation email.

Pricing & Policies

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Yes! We know letting someone into your home is a big deal, so we take a lot of care vetting our maids for safety and quality. They have all undergone extensive background and reference checks, as well as a strict interview process. All our maids are experienced professionals – the best in Texas!

 

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If something goes wrong we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it.  That’s our promise to you!

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We have three levels of security in place. First, our booking page is protected by extended validation ssl. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security.  Third, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card).  Rest assured we take security very very seriously.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes! We know letting someone into your home is a big deal, so we take a lot of care vetting our maids for safety and quality. They have all undergone extensive background and reference checks, as well as a strict interview process. All our maids are experienced professionals – the best in Texas!

 

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

If you’re not delighted with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean completely free of charge within a 5 day window, no questions asked.
